How Growth Minded Leadership Different From Other Assessments
To uncover your true potential, a different type of assessment method is needed. Most assessments ask you to answer a series of questions. The problem with this method is you are answering the questions based on your beliefs and biases.
In the first 6 years of your life, your brain is in a fully hypnotic state. This means that you believe everything thing you see, hear and experience. From the ages of 7 to 12 years, your brain is in a semi-hypnotic state. Meaning that you believe most of what you see, hear, and experience. The reality is who you think are is a byproduct of the first 12 years of your life.
This means traditional assessments only reveal what your brain is conditioned to believe. Not the truth of who you really are. You cannot self actualise through traditional assessment methodologies. The Authentic Self Assessment Profile bypasses your brains conditioned responses. It does this by using a numeric algorithm derived from your date of birth and full birth name.
The mathematician Pythagoras originally developed this numeric algorithm. Extensive testing has verified its accuracy. To date, no one has disputed its validity, reliability and accuracy.
The graphic below is a summarised version of a profile along with an analysis so you can see how it works.
In this profile, the person’s life purpose contains strong leadership qualities. Not surprisingly, early in their career, they found themselves in leadership roles. But their self sabotaging behaviours made it difficult to maximise this strength.
Often during their career they would seek non leadership roles. But something would always thrust them back into a leadership role. This pattern went on for many years. Then one day, after opting out of one too many leadership roles, they found themselves stuck.
Their career success came to a halt. No matter what they did, success eluded them. This continued for 10 years. Eventually, the Authentic Self Assessment Profile revealed why they were stuck.
Because so many years had passed, they now had to play catch up. They realised they needed to embrace their leadership talents and destiny. Namely, The Visionary Leader and Intuitive Global Leader. They needed to follow the big bold visions that had been calling them the last few years. They also came to realise that throughout their career it was leadership roles that were the most rewarding and fulfilling.
Assisting them with their life purpose was the Signature Personality of The Channeller. This gave them the ability to bring forth advanced knowledge that could be used advance any situation or problem. They had a great deal of success in their career using this strength. They often achieved outcomes previously thought impossible.
On the flip side, they were also stuck in self sabotaging behaviours of this archetype. The Channeller self sabotaging behaviours included: Being overly sensitive to other people’s energy and behaviours. Often wanting to run and hide from the world. Having a deep sense of inferiority. These feelings made it very difficult to celebrate and appreciate their successes. In fact, often the greater the success, the worse they would feel about themselves. Thanks to the profile, they can now avoid these self-sabotaging behaviours. This was a key archetype because it also contained in the challenge of Key Traits To Be Mastered. It was always going to be their Achilles heel until they mastered it.
Their Higher Self Expression contained The Intuitive Global Leader and Business Wizard. The intuitive Global Leader was also part of this person’s life purpose. Whenever an archetype shows up in more than one aspect, it is a sign to pay close attention to it.
The Business Wizard archetype is about displaying business acumen. This can be in your own business or someone else’s. This person had initially sought to become a primary school teacher. But through a strange series of coincidences, they ended up in the business world instead. Against the odds, they secured a management cadetship after leaving school. They were very successful and had a knack for making large amounts of money for the company. The ability to make money for companies continued throughout their career.
The Supporting Personality, The Intuitive, allowed them to make wise decisions. It gave them the advantage of being able to make decisions that led to great success. It also gave them the ability to know and understand others extremely well. This sometimes led to the people around them feeling intimated and uncomfortable.
The Hidden Personality of The Visionary Leader, reinforced the need to seek leadership roles.
Sitting in the centre of the diagram are the persons challenges. These represent the key self sabotaging behaviours a person must overcome.
Sitting in the Lower Will is The Business Wizard. It explains why this person resisted their talents and strengths. The Business Wizard led to this person becoming so focused on the goal they would often bulldoze their way through situations to achieve it. The end justifies the means attitude. They always clearly saw the way forward and did not understand when others could not see what they saw. Rather than taking the time to bring people on board, they would push ahead, regardless. This lead to a lot of pushbacks and back stabbing from others. This only fuelled this persons deep sensitivity and inferiority complex.
In studying the Key Traits To Be Mastered, it is easy to see why this person continually self sabotaged their success. Not every profile contains Key Traits To Be Mastered. Most profiles only contain one or two. This person has four. The highest number possible. It was no wonder they struggled with their work and career. But there are no accidents and these are the lessons this person needed to learn.
The Intuitive archetype meant that this person was overly sensitive when around others. The Restorative archetype meant they could often be rebellious and hard to manage. This turned out to be the case, especially in this person’s early a career. They had a tendency to stir the pot with their out of the box thinking, especially when mentally bored. The out of the box thinking was not the problem. Continually shocking people with their opinions and thoughts was. This persons Life Purpose is to lead new ways of thinking and being in the world. To achieve this, you need skilful in how you bring others onboard. The fact is, we live in a fear-based world. Unless you can manage other people’s fears, you cannot lead them to live up to their true power and potential.
The Channeller archetype, as discussed earlier, was a key archetype that needed to be mastered.
The Business Wizard raises its ugly head again, doubling its negative impact. The Business Wizard archetype will encounter many restrictions and obstacles in life. This is a deliberate strategy on a higher level. When you learn instead of bulldozing your way through obstacles and instead let go. New and better possibilities as well as opportunities magically opened up. Micheal Singer in his book The Surrender Experiment talks about this. This was a hard lesson for this person to learn. But when they finally let go of control, they learned the wisdom of this archetype. That an obstacle was a sign there was a better way to approach the situation. Learning this lesson has led to even greater levels success.
