How Does Growth Minded Leadership Coaching Work

The coaching program consists of three parts. Grow Yourself. Grow Individual Team Members. Grow Your Team.
Who are you really? Are you living to your highest potential? Do you know the true power, potential and resources that reside within you?
In part one of this coaching program, you are going to discover your true potential and how to apply it to your role. This will occur through our unique Authentic Self Assessment Profile tool. It will reveal your purpose, unique strengths and self - sabotaging behaviors.
Not everyone is the same. What is one person’s Achilles heel is not necessarily another’s. No other assessment tool will show your unique self - sabotaging behaviors. This is why it is difficult to take strategies that work for somebody else and apply them to yourself. You need your own map, not someone else’s.
Self - sabotaging behaviors prevent you from expressing your strengths and full potential. You will know exactly what you need to do to unlock your true power, purpose, and potential.

How It Works
You will receive a comprehensive Authentic Self Assessment Profile report. You and your leadership coach will then do a deep dive into the report highlighting how to align your purpose and talents to your leadership role.
Your team will complete a feedback survey based on your profile. This will highlight the self - sabotaging behaviors preventing you from achieving peak performance.
From the survey your coach will provide simple strategies for you to put in place. A follow-up survey is conducted with your team to provide feedback on your success.

Grow Team Members
The second part of the coaching program is growing individual team members. Its aim is to empower each team member to understand and maximize their potential.
How It Works
The leadership coach works with the leader during this part of the program.
The talents and strengths required to ensure the department’s success are identified.
Team member profiles are completed.
Team member profiles are matched with team roles.
Team members and the leader complete surveys on all team members. Team members innate strengths and self-sabotaging behaviours are identified and strategies developed.
Team members and the leader attend a workshop. This can be face to face or virtual. The aim of the workshop is for team members to understand how to leverage their profiles. Team members are assigned roles that play their strengths.
Leader supports team members to further grow and self actualize.
