The Authentic Self Assessment Profile consists of 5 success factors and two anti success factors. The success factors includes your Life Purpose which consists of your Destiny and Spiritual Purpose. Your Signature Personality, Higher Self Expression, Supporting Personality and Hidden Personality. Working with the strengths of each of these success factors will lead you towards a successful, fulfilling and rewarding life. The two anti success factors are the Lower Will and Key Traits To Be Mastered. When these factors come into play they will stop the flywheel from spinning. They literally put the breaks on the flywheel and your success. Let's look at a real life example to see how it works. 

Within each of the flywheel factors also known as life aspects sits a specific archetype. Each archetype contains innate strengths and talents as well as self sabotaging behaviours. Often expressing your innate talents means being aware of the self sabotaging behaviours preventing them from being fully realised.. 

In this particular profile the .persons life purpose contains a strong leadership qualities. Interesting enough this person found themselves in leadership roles very early in their career. Due to their highly sensitive nature contained within other archetypes, they never felt truly comfortable in leadership positions. Often during their career they would seek roles that didn't involve leadership. However something would always happen which trust them back into leadership roles. This pattern went on for a number of years until one day after again opting out of a leadership role the person found themselves stuck. Their highly successful career success came to a halt. In fact often the greater the success the worse they would feel about themselves. it was only when they realised all of this they were then able to put strategies into place to prevent these self sabotaging behaviours derailing their life.

Sitting in the aspect of Higher Self Expression was The Intuitive Global Leader and Business Wizard. The intuitive Global Leader was also part of this persons life purpose. Whenever an archetype shows up in more than one aspect it means that the person's success and happiness is tied more closely to expressing the innate strength. The Business Wizard archetype meant that the person was meant to be working in world of business in either their own business or an influential position in somebody else's. This person had initially sought to become a primary school teacher upon leaving school. However through a strange series of coincidences they ended up securing a management cadetship within a large company after leaving school. They were extremely successful and just had a knack of making large amounts of money for this company. This ability to make very large sums of money for companies continued throughout their career.

The Supporting Personality of the intuitive meant this person had access to information that bypassed traditional logic and reason. This gave them the advantage of being able to make decisions that led to great success.  It is also allowed them to understand others extremely well. This sometimes led to the people around feeling intimated and uncomfortable. 

The Hidden Personality of the Visionary Leader again reinforced the need to seek leadership positions in their work.

Sitting in the centre of the flywheel are the persons self sabotaging behaviours. In this particular case they explained why this person resisted their innate strengths and successes in life. The Business Wizard sitting in the lower will meant that this person had a tendency to bulldoze their way towards their goals. They always saw clearly the way forward and did not understand when others could not see what they saw. Rather than taking the time to bring people on board they would push ahead regardless of the people around them.
